As with everything you do these days, there are forms to fill out. We have a few forms for Christian Snowsports Ministry as well as a couple of forms that the French government requires. We need these returned to us as soon as possible.
Non-Washington Residents:
If you are over 18 and joining us from another state besides Washington, we will need a criminal record check that is less than 3 months old. Check with the state troopers in your state for the proper forms.
